Q. I cannot remember my password, or my account is disabled.

A. To reset a password, click this link to reset your password. If your account is disabled, please submit a ticket to the Support Service (support@samsaccessories.com or 123-456-7890). Our support will direct your request to the right representative who will assist you with your account.

Q. I forgot my password and clicked the reset link, but it doesn’t go anywhere.

A. We are aware of this issue and currently working hard to correct it.
